• The items should be in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags attached.
  • The client is responsible for the return shipping.
  • We must be informed of any return or exchange within three days of receiving the merchandise.
  • In the event of a product exchange, we will grant a Store credit that may be used at any time within 6 months of the date of issue.
  • After the returned item has been processed, you can either receive store credit or swap it for other goods.
