International shipping
Yes, we do deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use reputed delivery companies to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.
- For international orders, the shipping fee is based on the total weight of the parcel which is calculated at the end of the order checkout. Please note that the weight for international shipping is charged per 500 Gms. i.e. in case, the accumulated parcel weight is 1.25 Kg, shipping will be charged for 1.5 Kg.
- Cancellation requests will be accepted if an order is not shipped and it should be done strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only through email.
What are the international shipping costs and duties?
- Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
In case the customer refuses to pay the customs duty or any additional import duties, then the customer would be liable to bear the shipping charges and the amount would be refunded after deducting the shipping charges for the particular shipment.

- Amoree India ships to India, the US, the UK, UAE, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Dubai, Canada, Maldives, Germany, France, and worldwide.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel an international order?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
- From the time of shipping – it will take about 10-15 days for your international order to reach you depending upon the location.
What payment methods does Amoree India allow for international shipping?
- You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
We perform several quality checks before dispatching the products to our customers to ensure top quality and service. However, if you're still not satisfied with our products, let us take your attention to some significant points :
The product that you wish to replace or return is a traditional handcrafted product crafted by local artisans of Jaipur. If the reason for changing/replacing the product are some slight flaws or imperfections like color or print, then we would wish to inform you that these imperfections are not flaws but meant to add to the character of the product that give each style a sense of human touch.
Besides these variables, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Please read below our return & exchange policy before you return any product.
For Online Purchases
1. Products which are made to order are not eligible for exchanges/returns given we only start manufacturing the piece post the order is received. We request the customers to reach out to us via WhatsApp and check for any queries they may have in regards to size, material, quality, etc.
2. Eligible Ready-To-Ship products can only be exchanged within 7 days after deliver date. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and the original packaging of the merchandise to be returned is intact.
3. We produce limited number of pieces of our exclusive silhouettes and do not entertain return/refund requests for now. However, exchanges can take place within 7 days post delivery.
4. Despite this not being a high probability, if you get a damaged product please ensure to inform us within 24 hours of delivery and send a photo of the damaged product with the bar code via given mail (amoreeindia@gmail.com)
5. No exchanges will be made against products which have been altered, sale products and products that are not eligible for return/exchange.
6. For Exchanges, Team Amoree must receive your exchange request and once your exchange request is approved from our end, we will arrange for a return pick up within 3 business days from the date of request.
7. We charge a nominal fee of 150/- Rs for providing return pick-ups facility. Customers also have an option to return products on their own.
8. In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
